Murmurator AI is now prepaid, with auto-recharge

Murmurator AI usage used to be added to your monthly invoice after the fact. It now works like a prepaid balance.

What's new

Prepaid credit. Every model response in a step is taken from the account's credit balance at the same per-token rates. Owners buy credit under Billing → Murmurator AI credit, from $10 to $250 at a time. Credit doesn't expire.
Auto-recharge. Choose a balance to top up below and an amount to add, and the card on file is charged when it gets there — so a workflow never stops at 3am because the credit ran out.
Emails before it matters. Owners hear when the balance runs low without auto-recharge on, when it runs out, and if a recharge is declined.
The spend limit stays. The monthly limit is now a ceiling on top of the balance, so a runaway workflow can't spend everything auto-recharge adds.
7-day trials. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with $5 of Murmurator AI credit.

Nothing changes for steps that use your own provider keys, or for the assistant.
