Are any connections locked to a plan?
No. All 70+ connections are on every plan, including the databases and warehouses. The connection you need is usually the one you discover mid-trial, and finding it behind a paywall helps nobody.
Is there a limit on workflows?
No, on any plan. Workflows, runs, steps and teammates are unlimited everywhere. What differs is how many runs go at once, how long run history is kept and how many workspace hours the coding agent gets.
What happens when every run slot is busy?
Runs queue and start as slots free up — nothing is dropped and no trigger is lost. A higher plan runs more of them side by side.
How is Murmurator AI billed?
Per token, monthly in arrears on the same invoice, on every plan at the same rate. Owners set a monthly spend limit, and trials include free credit.
Who pays for the AI?
Your choice: bring your own provider keys and pay your provider directly with nothing added, or use Murmurator AI and pay per token on your invoice.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time, from Billing. Moving up takes effect immediately; your workflows and run history stay exportable through the MCP server.
