1. The service

Murmurator provides tools to design, store and execute automated workflows that act on third-party services you connect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the members you invite, and activity performed with your API tokens.

3. Your connections and AI providers

You authorize Murmurator to use the credentials you provide solely to perform the workflows and tool calls you or your agents initiate. Your use of third-party services, including AI providers, is governed by your agreements with them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Murmurator to violate laws or third-party terms, to access systems without authorization, or to send spam.

5. Fees

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Murmurator AI usage is billed monthly in arrears at the published per-token rates, up to the spend limit you set. Usage through your own provider keys is billed by your provider.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Workflows act on your behalf; review them before enabling triggers. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
